International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) Certification
To obtain your IAYT-certification, you need to do at least 800 hours of recognised Yoga Therapy training.
The IAYT is expanding their reach outside of the USA, “establishing research and education in yoga and serving as a professional organisation for yoga teachers and Yoga Therapists worldwide”. Their mission is to establish yoga as a recognised and respected therapy. The Yoga Therapy Institute’s 875-Hour Diploma was the first programme in Europe accredited by the IAYT.
Our Yoga Therapy Diploma Course 625-Hours is also an intensive Yoga Therapy training, which serves as an excellent grounding for the accredited 875-hour qualification, which is necessary for the IAYT certification.
What kind of work can I expect to do as a Yoga Therapist?
You can set up your own private Yoga Therapy practice, almost anywhere in the world. This will allow you to take on clients for individual sessions and in small groups.
At The Yoga Therapy Institute, we will teach you all the necessary knowledge and skills you need to set up your own Yoga Therapy practice.
