Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is available in two different formats to support your schedule, learning style, and personal circumstances. Both formats follow the same core curriculum, and both are grounded in our therapeutic, evidence-based and trauma-informed approach.

Full-Time Residential Training — France
Included: Training (200+ hours), accommodation, meals, and access to all retreat amenities. Extras such as excursions and massages available on-site.
Not included: Travel to/from France

Hybrid Part-Time Program — Netherlands + Online
Included: 7 in-person weekends + 7 live online sessions (200+ hours of training), printed student manual, and Yoga Alliance certification upon completion.
Not included: Accommodation, meals, transport.

Manouk Tideman
Lead Trainer & Certified Yoga Therapist
Manouk is the lead trainer of the program and a highly experienced C-IAYT yoga therapist known for her warm, grounded, and evidence-informed teaching style. She guides students through anatomy, somatics, yoga philosophy, and trauma-informed teaching.
Biddy Messchaert
Co-Trainer, E-RYT200
Yoga teacher and anatomy educator with a focus on functional movement and embodied alignment. Biddy brings clarity, curiosity, and adaptability to movement education.
Connie Garrard
Co-Trainer, E-RYT200
Senior yoga teacher integrating mindfulness, breath-led movement, and nervous system awareness. Connie helps students build confidence through gentle, practical guidance.
Jo Woollacott

Yoga therapist and somatics practitioner specialising in trauma-aware approaches. Jo offers a deeply compassionate, person-centred teaching style.
Natascha Wolfs

Experienced facilitator in breathwork, relaxation techniques, and stress regulation. Natascha guides students in understanding the physiology of rest and resilience.
Lynette Greenaway
Co-Trainer
Teacher with a strong foundation in Hatha yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Lynette supports students in weaving meaning and intention into their teaching.
