Refund policy

We want you to feel fully supported when booking a Course or Module with The Yoga Therapy Institute. This page summarises our key payment, refund, and transfer rules in a simple and clear way. For full legal terms, please refer to our Participation Terms.

1. Payments

Payments for individual Courses and Modules are made directly through our Website using:

• iDEAL

• Credit/debit card

• PayPal

• Klarna (Pay Now / Pay in Instalments)

• Other available payment methods

Your place is confirmed once payment is completed.

Payment plans are available only for diploma students.

2. Refund Policy

On-demand Courses and Modules

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed any materials.
Once you open, view, or download any part of the content, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Live Short Courses and Live Modules

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase AND before the start date.
Once the Course or Module has begun, refunds are no longer possible.

Diploma Payment Plans

Instalments are non-refundable once the diploma programme has begun.

3. Transfers

Transfers to another date or course are possible if:

• the live Course/Module has not started, or

• the Participant has not accessed the materials (for on-demand Courses)

Transfers are subject to availability. Repeated transfer requests may be limited.

Fee differences will be settled before the transfer is confirmed.

4. Cancellations by The Yoga Therapy Institute

If we must cancel a Course or Module, Participants may choose between:

• a full refund, or
• a transfer to another Course/Module

If only part of a Course is cancelled, a proportional refund or transfer option will be provided.

Refunds are processed within 14–30 days.
