Montserrat G. Mukherjee C-IAYT Teacher

Montserrat brings a lifetime of sports and yoga practice to her teaching. Remarkably, at 56, she has never experienced joint pain. In this Short Course, Montserrat will share her valuable insights and tips on how to maintain healthy joints, drawing from her personal experience and professional knowledge as a Yoga Therapist.

Marleen Jansen C-IAYT Teacher

Marleen is renowned for her expertise in the Yoga Therapy adaptation of Pawanmuktasana and the joint freeing series developed by Mukunda Stiles. Her teaching is deeply rooted in her extensive knowledge and experience in Yoga Therapy, making her an invaluable resource for those seeking to learn about joint health and mobility.
