Montserrat G. Mukherjee C-IAYT

Montserrat has years of experience as a Yoga Therapist, starting from her first client with Burnout almost two decades ago. Over the years, she has gained valuable insights into a wide range of symptoms and presentations of this condition, identifying potential physical and emotional commonalities among her clients.
