Caroline specialises in breathwork and brings her extensive knowledge and client experience to address Burnout. She offers practical tools and techniques for supporting management and recovery, focusing on the introduction of safe breathing techniques.

Montserrat G. Mukherjee, C-IAYT

Based in her Amsterdam studio, Montserrat began encountering cases of burnout in the Netherlands twenty years ago. “In some cases, I was contacted by the head of human resources and company management, hoping that yoga could help. As I started working with more and more cases, I realized something significant was happening.”

In this course, Montserrat collaborates with Caroline Kila, a highly experienced IAYT-certified therapist specializing in burnout. Together, they bring proven practices and insights to this complex subject.
