Yoga Therapy for Musculoskeletal Issues & Lower Back Pain Clinic

100 Hours | 10 Days + Home Study

Revolutionise your approach to Musculoskeletal Issues and Lower Back Pain with Yoga Therapy. Our 100-hour module will give you the knowledge and skills you need to help clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems.

In this online module, you’ll learn about the biomechanics and functionality of the musculoskeletal system, and the relationship between the different parts of the body.

You’ll also discover Yoga Therapy approaches to physical injuries, and how to work with students who suffer from musculoskeletal issues.

In addition to the theoretical knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your learning to real case studies with clients. This will give you the hands-on experience you need to apply Yoga Therapy tools safely and effectively.

A Yoga Therapist works with every aspect of the individual and approaches musculoskeletal health issues from a whole-person perspective. Wether it’s knee pain, osteoarthritis, whiplash, frozen shoulder or a herniated disc, Yoga Therapy supports and complements conventional treatment by considering not only the physical, but also psychological, emotional, energetic, environmental and social factors that affect the evolution, management and recovery from these specific health issues.

The end-of-module test is an online test that covers the content of the module. You’ll have full access to the module materials during the test, so you can refer to them as needed. The test will include multiple-choice and long-answer questions, but you’ll have the opportunity to resubmit your answers if you’re not satisfied with your first attempt.

The goal of the test is to assess your understanding of the material and your ability to apply it to practise. It’s not intended to be a difficult test, but it will encourage you to have a good understanding of the material.

The test will be open for submission for 2 months after the end of the module. This means that you’ll have plenty of time to study and prepare for the test.
