50 Hours 5 Days Online + Home Study
Overview
Explore the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit as it relates to the reproductive system, family dynamics, and ageing!
This online module will teach you how to use Yoga Therapy to support the male and female reproductive systems, family life, adolescents, and older populations. You’ll learn about the physiology and health issues of the human body during different stages of life, including grief and loss experiences, with a focus on reproductive health issues, fertility, and transgender health in Yoga Therapy. You’ll also learn about the Yoga Therapy approach to working with different populations, and how to recognise and respect the physical and emotional health issues of vulnerable groups.
“The ageing process can bring with it a number of health challenges, but it is also a time of great opportunity. We can learn to appreciate our lives and our relationships more deeply as we age.” – US National Institute on Aging
