The female pelvic floor is one of the most vital yet misunderstood areas of the body, often only acknowledged when something goes wrong. From puberty to menopause, this complex network of muscles and connective tissue carries not only our organs but also our experiences. In this training, Montserrat G. Mukherjee offers a clear and compassionate understanding of pelvic floor anatomy and physiology across life stages, showing how yoga therapy can support healing and resilience in an informed, trauma-sensitive way.
