Yoga Therapy for Endocrine & Immune System Disorders

50 hours (5 Days Online + Home Study)

Discover how hormones shape our internal balance and how Yoga Therapy can safely support clients with hormonal and autoimmune conditions. In this module, you’ll learn the foundations of endocrine and immune system physiology, the causes of hormonal imbalances, and the mechanisms behind autoimmune reactions.

You’ll explore how Yoga Therapy can complement conventional treatments through adapted movement, breathing and relaxation techniques that help regulate these systems. The module also covers immune responses to viral infections — including the process behind cytokine storms and current insights related to Covid-19.
