In this course, you’ll acquire the knowledge to conduct a thorough Sleep Inquiry with your clients and determine which Yoga Therapy techniques can positively impact their unique requirements.

What to expect
In this 6-hour online Yoga Therapy training course, you’ll learn the essential tools and techniques to provide tailored support to people with sleep issues.
This training includes:
- 6 hours of live Zoom presentations
- Unlimited access to the full recording
- Supporting written materials
- Email access to experienced C-IAYT teachers for topic-related questions
- A Certificate of Attendance with 6 Yoga Alliance CE points will be provided for those who attend all hours of the training live!
The on-demand training allows you to learn Yoga Therapy at your own convenience, even if you can’t attend the live sessions!
