Welcoming all USA and Canadian students – with study-friendly, flexible agendas
We have been able to offer our modules in an online learning format for some time now and all the online courses have been extremely well received. We have adapted our approach to these changing times and in many ways, they are an improved version of the in-person modules. The online modules include additional materials, updated content, pre-recorded practices and our well-known live sessions that have contributed to build an inclusive, world-wide community.
All modules will run from 9:30am to 5:00pm (CET) however, we have an alternative programme for students living in Canada or the USA, to allow for the time difference.
To enable you to study with us, without becoming a night owl or an early bird, you can start with the afternoon sessions (which will be your mornings) after which you will be given access to the recorded morning sessions (by 7pm CET – your afternoon). You can then continue your studies by watching the recordings and should you have any questions, you will be able to address these directly to the relevant teacher by email.
The online modules also allow students from all over the world to learn and connect at a time when it is difficult to travel.
The IAYT officially announced that it will be supporting all accredited teaching institutions to host modules online until the end of 2022, which has been welcomed by all Yoga Therapy schools and their students.
Only the 550-hour Diploma will remain available as an online study programme after 2022, for those that wish to become qualified as yoga therapists by The Yoga Therapy Institute, but without the IAYT accreditation.
We hope to re-open the studio in 2023 for live courses and modules but in the meantime, we hope you will enjoy the online experience at The Yoga Therapy Institute.
**Should you wish to simply study a particular module or enrol for one of our workshops, you are very welcome to do so. For further information or to register for the modules, courses or elective workshops, please email us at: [email protected] and we will assist you with your registration and planning of the modules and courses
