Lisa is also a member of the teaching faculty at the Yoga Therapy Institute and presents the ‘Yoga Psychology: philosophy and practice for anxiety and depression relief’ workshop.
She adapted to the Covid-19 pandemic requirements for physical distancing by providing Yoga Therapy and yoga classes, workshops and trainings online.
Lisa is known as a “teacher’s teacher,” and she specialises in providing a combination of Yoga Therapy, Yoga Therapy supervision and mentorship to new and developing Yoga Therapists.
Lisa moved to the Netherlands in the middle of the pandemic with her husband and 4 cats, in a Mini Cooper. She feels extremely grateful to be surrounded by natural beauty in her new home. She’s achieved a life time dream of being able to ride her bike to the beach, which she does as often as she can. She’s enjoying walking and cycling through tree lined paths, fields of tulips, when they were in bloom and looking up at the stars at night. When home, she usually has at least one cat in her lap and often two.
