What you will learn
This course is an essential practice for all Yoga Therapy trainees and experienced teachers who want to feel safer when teaching groups.
Students will acquire the necessary knowledge of all the Asanas used in the work of Yoga Therapy, the subtle details of posture and breath, and which aspects are valuable tools for working with people with health issues: what you can do, and most important, what you should not do.
A hands-on introduction to the Yoga Therapy applications of Restorative Yoga with Alison Melvin will add the final piece in the treatment of clients with more serious conditions.
This course is dynamic and “on the mat”, where everyone participates without pressure, in a fun, learning environment that has become a key characteristic of The Yoga Therapy Institute Courses.
